6. Informed consent

You agree that by requesting treatment you formally give your informed consent for a bio energy or corrosive sound session.

 

7. Cancellations and refunds

Patricia O’Keeffe offers no refund on the booking deposit on cancellation of an appointment.

 

8. Privacy Policy and client confidential data

Patricia O’Keeffe has a legal obligation to protect all client data. We are not allowed to share client confidential data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Personal details necessary to process payment with Stripe shall be sent to Stripe as part of the payment process.

All access to client information is kept to the minimum required to allow the safe and effective delivery of services. All client confidential data is stored electronically on a secure database. You have a legal right to obtain any information that we hold about you.

 

9. Reserving the right

Patricia O’Keeffe reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. In such cases and where payment for a service has been received, you will receive a full refund.

 

10. Vulnerabilities of electronic communications and post

If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reasons of the laws of any state or country in which these terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the agreement and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. The above terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Patricia O’Keeffe reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
