COVID-19
Every precaution has been taken to make it possible for you to safely attend your appointment. If you have any questions about the steps taken to ensure your safety, feel free to enquire.When booking your appointment, please consider the following guidance to assess your suitability to have a treatment at this time. If you are unwell, symptomatic, or have been in contact with someone who is, it is imperative that you do not book an appointment. A COVID specific screening form will be attached to the reminder email you will receive 24 hours before your appointment. This must be completed before attending every appointment. Upon arrival you will be required to wear a face covering, use hand sanitiser or wash your hands. Your face covering must remain on during the consultation and session.A break of 30 minutes will be held between appointments to guarantee sufficient time for cleaning, sanitisation, ventilation. High touched surfaces will be disinfected between clients.The appropriate PPE, consisting of a face mask and visor will be worn by your therapist at all times. Appointment lengths will be kept to their pre-booked time slots. Please arrive at your appointment time as it will not be possible to accommodate early arrivals. If you develop any symptoms between booking and attending your appointment, you must reschedule. In the instance of a level-5 lockdown, all booked appointments will be postpone. For the smoothest rearrangements possible. You will be required to reschedule your appointment.
CHILDRENUnder the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the consultation and must remain in the room for the duration of the session.

Sessions are booked by phone, email or using the contact form on the contact page. A reminder will be send to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel please contact as soon as you can.
